By accessing or using TrackVerter (trackverter.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
Description of Service
TrackVerter is a web-based tool that allows users to convert and download publicly available audio content from SoundCloud into MP3 and WAV formats. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use TrackVerter only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Specifically, you agree:
• To download content only for personal, non-commercial offline use.
• Not to redistribute, sell, or publicly share downloaded content without proper authorization from the copyright holder.
• Not to use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the service.
• Not to attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
• To respect the intellectual property rights of artists and creators.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to download and use any content obtained through TrackVerter. TrackVerter does not verify copyright ownership and is not liable for any misuse of downloaded content.
Supporter Passes
Supporter passes are one-time payments processed through Ko-fi. They are non-refundable once the associated features have been activated. Passes grant time-limited access to premium features as described on the Supporter page. TrackVerter reserves the right to modify pricing and features with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
TrackVerter and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrackVerter and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. SoundCloud® is a registered trademark of SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG. TrackVerter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SoundCloud in any way.
Limitation of Liability
TrackVerter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from downloaded content.
Service Availability
We strive to keep TrackVerter available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to TrackVerter at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the service.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of TrackVerter after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
