TrackVerter is designed to minimize data collection. We do not require account registration to use our free conversion tools. When you use TrackVerter, we may collect:

• Device information — browser type, operating system, and screen resolution for compatibility purposes.
• IP address — temporarily processed for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store IP addresses long-term.
• Email address — only if you purchase a Supporter pass via Ko-fi and use our Member Access login.

• Operate and maintain the TrackVerter service.
• Prevent abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.
• Verify Supporter pass purchases and manage access.
• Improve our tools and user experience through aggregated, anonymous analytics.

Cookies and Tracking
TrackVerter uses minimal cookies strictly necessary for the service to function:
• Session cookies — to maintain your login state if you are a Supporter member.
• Preference cookies — to remember your language selection.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Our analytics are privacy-focused and do not track individual users across websites.
Third-Party Services
TrackVerter integrates with the following third-party services:
• Ko-fi — for processing Supporter pass payments. Ko-fi has its own privacy policy governing payment data.
• SoundCloud — we access publicly available audio streams and metadata via SoundCloud's public API. We do not access private user data on SoundCloud.
• Cloudflare — for content delivery and DDoS protection.
Data Retention
We do not store the audio files you convert or download. Conversion happens in real-time and files are not cached on our servers after delivery. Supporter email addresses are retained for the duration of the active pass and deleted within 30 days of expiration upon request.
